Representatives from Oneida County Habitat for Humanity can give a presentation to the members of Mohawk Valley Young Professionals! See below for details. We hope to hear back from you.

Oneida County's poverty rate is nearly 15%, the 3rd highest in New York State. Oneida County Habitat for Humanity provides safe, simple, decent, and affordable housing for those in need. Our local chapter was founded in 1991 and we work in partnership with Habitat for Humanity International, local churches, colleges, businesses, individuals and partner families. Habitat is a non-profit ecumenical Christian housing ministry. Our present building is nearing completion at 315 Lansing St., Utica for a refugee family from Myanmar. An additional home will be built in the same block of Lansing Street over the next several months.

If your organization would like to learn more about becoming involved with Oneida County Habitat for Humanity, please contact me at CRzeszot@aol.com or at 336-6499 to schedule a presentation.

Information about Oneida County Habitat for Humanity can also be found at

Thank you.
